The wording of the extension post actually referred to....."the takeover edging ever closer and the paperwork submitted to the solicitors for completion". No mention of the word imminently but I agree that imminently was how many people would read it and as it was included in the sales pitch it has to be how the writer intended it to be read. As I have said before, the Board may have had no input into the wording of the article.
