Appy Days tickets

I was there for the first, I plan on being there for the last. I saw somewhere that they have Appy Day half ticket prices if bought through the ticketing app. Can't remember where I saw it but I've installed the app and it offers a Halo ticket for £10. Is it genuine?

I used to use the tickets app but this season as soon as I touch the “Tickets” tab the app just crashes and goes to my Home Screen
