o/t Hold up on Westgate

Through bleary eyes I see the BBC are announcing a blockage on Westgate at the Globe Arena this morning.
Anyone know whats up ?

Looked like there'd been an accident. Police had closed the road between Westcliffe Drive and the Globe, forcing people from Regent Road down Westcliffe Drive with the other end blocked off making it one way. Don't know where they were sending traffic from the other direction.

It was the lovely new Globe Arena 'monolith' sign!!
It's got a BIG dent in it now!
