I fear he'll be released unless he has a 2 year deal
Didn't do enough in this league as we are aware, cannot see him smashing L1 but he'll have a winners medal on his CV :D

On a one year but I expect he'll get an extension. Looks to have been a real success at Northampton where they actually suit his style of play a lot more. Direct/attacking - more bodies around him to pick up knockdowns and second balls etc.

He's important to the way they play, and while he's no goalscorer I'd be pretty sure he can batter League 1 defences aerially. Just a matter of if that style overall for the team will still work in the league above. They gave Burton Albion a bit of a beating apparently in the cup this season 4-2.

If Tanner and Cooney are beyond our means then yes. Will Derek know much about him ?

Jason wanted to try his hand at full time football to see if he had it and Morecambe was his move. It didn't work out but he has constantly throughout been working on his physiotherapist qualifications and gained 1st class honours in 2017/18 and is now pushing for sports physiotherapist with the university of Bath. He also did a bit for Morecambe and Wrexham academies so reverting back to part time suits him better

But

It suited us more

Last season I thought Steve Old was many a time our most solid defender. Surprised to see him sign for a Scottish non league team. No offence to East Kilbride but the standard there must be way below EFL 2. A top signing for a team at that level.

They must have good sponsors. Their ground capacity is 660.

Looking like Rhys Oates could be going back to Hartlepool.

I quite liked him as a player , pity he was injured most of the time since Derek took charge so no chance to stake a claim.

True, on the other hand the Scottish season starts next week with plenty of coverage on Sky, so he will get game time (if he's match fit) and his club will get TV money. Scottish Prem not a bad place to be right now for players at EFL 1 and 2 level.
