Former Shrimps Thread

Earlier this week, Jack Redshaw scored a penalty for Blackpool v Wycombe in the checkout cup! Still ended up on the losing side sadly. Saturday and Jack Sampson scores for Macclesfield against the mighty Afc Salisbury in the FA Trophy! Thought he was their reserve keeper!! :D
Don't worry be happy!

Former loanee Massanka now with Wrexham was a 75th minute sub in yesterday's game and evidently went close to scoring a hat trick as well as hitting the post....according to their post match video interview.

From Workington.

Good little club Buxton. We loaned Joe to them whilst he was recovering from injury a few seasons ago of course.

Used to enjoy our trips to Silverlands !!!

Yes indeed!! 2-1 win. August 1994.

Can remember coming away from there that day thinking, "this could be our season."

Best burgers at a football ground ANYWHERE too !!!

"Mr Sheffield" always used to turn up at Buxton too. Wonder what happened to him. Nice bloke.

Genuinely have no idea who this guy is so I looked him up on Wikipedia. He only played once for us which was at Dover, wish I hadn't looked now!

Apologies , yes for the mighty North Ferriby. The final score was Port 2 North Ferriby 4

Guisley also had a fine away win by 2-1 at our old friends Macclesfield Town.

Some very sad news. Barrow lost 2-1 to a 94th minute winner at bottom of the Conference York
