Well done fellas.

I'm sure that things like this are much appreciated by exiles and those fans who can't get down to Westgate to have a look for themselves.

Phase 2 of the development sounds as though it will be funded by the participants themselves. In otherwords they lease the land from us for a rent or whatever and they are responsible for funding the infrastructure. The beauty of this scheme is that planning has already been obtained and will therefore be a more attractive proposition to interested parties.

No doubt somebody will take great delight in correcting me if i'm wrong.... ;) ;) ;)

Brilliant piece that's the first time I have heard anyone from the club really talk about the development in detail and what the final plans should be.

That has answered a lot of questions, would be good if something like that could be done every couple of months throughout the build.

That's the plan.

I've asked the club to let me know whenever the site really starts to 'look' different from the last time we filmed, then we'll go down again and explain, again, just what's going on.

But if (with everything else going on for the club at the moment) they forget to do that, I will be popping down regularly (because I'm sad) and will prompt them whenever I see anything I think may interest fans.

CC - on Phase 2, I think the plan is, as Brian says, to landscape that section for now and just have it as part of a nice 'entrance' area for the new stadium site.

BUT - if, say Pizza Hut or Premier Lodge contact the club next week wanting to talk about taking a parcel of land immediately, then they wouldn't turn them away.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

Excellent video Glen.

Hopefully the club will get more video work underway itself as part of a bigger World offering next season but The Visitor, as ever, is doing a fantastic job.
