Huge deflection for their goal after we started brightly.

We've not played too badly, but sloppy in midfield leading to both their goals, one of which was incredibly lucky.

We're not out of it... ...yet!

Mellon should have scored, one-on-one, then Brown hit the post!

Not really. Two HUGE deflections for their first & third goals. We've had some very presentable chances, and hit the post. The scoreline suggests embarrassing but the way we've played, not the case. If it was 0-1 at the moment, we'd be thinking we were unlucky to be losing.

Had to give a work presentation for about 10 minutes there during the first half. Which of course is also the 10 minutes Liverpool scored their 2nd and 3rd.

Moral of the story, no more presentations for me!

Apparently, academy coaches can play. Would appear to be a waste of time, and the whole point of U21's entering this competition.

Remember a few years ago Stoke had players like Charlie Adam and Muniesa playing against

Quicker they scrap this tournament the better

Mellon hit the post, and put over from 6 yards! On another night, he'd have had a hat-trick!

The first half was poor but if we had taken half of our chances we would have won easily. Some good performances but some poor ones also.

We need to sort that scoreboard out before Saturday.

Mellon could and should have had 5 goals last night.

I thought Melbourne had a nightmare game. Can't blame Smith for any of the goals conceded.

Roll on Swindon :? :?

The scoreboard was awful !!
