Pollock's certainly cheap, so it can't be endangered. It's got to be the cheapest fish after tilapia.
Still, a red snapper beats pollock for taste any day.

I don’t know much about fish but there’s something very Stone Roses about the Grimsby line-up.

Battered lobster & chips with mushy peas? It'll never catch on!

I do like lobster & queenies. And kippers.

Ah, I just like food! :-)

Pollock is generally called 'coaly' or 'coal fish' elsewhere.

A goal is coming for them if we're not careful. Lots of pressure from them at the moment.

I'd look at bringing Carlos on for Phillips or Wildig so we've someone who can hold the ball and run with it.

Yes, I'd take a draw too.

Coley used to be one of the most common scams in fish and chip shops. A certain outlet in Morecambe used to sell it as 'fish and chips'. It's much cheaper than cod, but very similar in taste. So customers used to get it if they didn't ask for 'cod and chips'.

I know it is Wikipedia but...

Pollock or pollack is the common name used for either of the two species of North Atlantic marine fish in the genus Pollachius. Pollachius pollachius is referred to as pollock in both North America and the United Kingdom, while Pollachius virens is usually known as coley in the British Isles (derived from the older name coalfish). Other names for P. pollachius include the Atlantic pollock, European pollock, lieu jaune, and lythe; while P. virens is also known as Boston blue (distinct from bluefish), silver bill, or saithe.
