In his after match interview he said if he had gone in the dressing room and started off HE WOULD HAVE ENDED UP KNOCKING SOMEONE OUT

These comments should not be tolerated at any level of football either by fans, players or MANAGERS

Hopefully he will be warned / fined regarding his comments !!!!!

It was him that was out thought , the conditions played a part in the game too obviously, he should face a club fine for disgraceful comments lime that.

He was getting himself in a right pickle in the dugout, quite hilarious at times, must be difficult with what is going on behind the scenes, stupid comments though

Sorry, I think you are going over the top about this. He was just expressing his anger and it's very doubtful that he actually meant it! Far worse things are shouted at players/ managers etc. Football is a very emotive game!

The guy has every right to be angry after that gutless non performance and it would only be a show of emotion, most manager's would be bouncing off all four walls of the dressing room after that.

Their fans are deserving of a medal for putting up with that cowardly display and should be refunded out of their player's wages.

It was deemed a 6 pointer and they lost against the better team in horrible conditions. The fact the players and management turn up every day is commendable under the circumstances they face day in day out. He lost 4 players last month through no fault of his own. You can kind of understand why tensions are very high. Turning on the players is never the best way to go about things though.

I think he made a huge error taking off their number 7 as he was causing us lots of problems down the wing with his strong runs. I know Archibald is a good player but I wouldn't have taken number 7 off at half time.

Archibald would be a great signing for us in the Summer and he is Scottish with Celtic connections so maybe Derek or his Dad could swing it.

Surely can't have been any worse than Steve Evans when we beat Crawley 6-0. Complaint from club staff that they could hear him in offices across the corridor yards away.

Surprising really because I've listened to some of the other interviews he has given and he comes across as an intelligent articulate man. No doubt said in the heat of the moment and he must have regretted it once he had calmed down.

I have maybe misunderstood ?, in this interview he said "what I did after the game was, I went in and I put my head on that I have when I am chatting Thursday morning to the lads cos football is emotional, so if I go in and start off I'm probably going to knock someone out, so we didn't say a lot"

I suspect that DA could blow hot and cold.

He was having a right go at our goalkeeper in the first 45 for being far too slow in his distribution.

Old shouted back to DA ( and I do shouted :o ) that they had tried to get him to be quicker but nothing changed.

Archibald for me would be a good signing but he's a right sided winger, the same as O'Sullivan.

:?: :?: :?:

Kennedy as also said today in another interview on Radio Manchester

If he had owned a cat last night he would have kicked it across the pitch

Archibald is predominantly left footed so can play on either flank, he was the reason we brought Conlan on in front of Cranston, to stop him, and it worked!!

i thought it was because in the 2nd half it wasn’t has windy down that left side, and 2-0’up with 25mins to go went with 5 defenders ?

and also thought we’d a good spell counter attacking back down that side too.

It's an interesting read and flashpoints are inevitable with a host of ego's to keep in check.
