We seem to have this conversation most seasons, what with crap cup runs so we have a spare day in the second round of the FA Cup, wait until the winter we are supposed to be having really kicks in!!!

I suspect that they are already feeling the effects of a new training regime....and about time too. 
Too often fellow SVers have commented about the apparent lack of fitness that has seen us struggle at times for the final quarter of a game.
