30 games left which is 90 points

We currently have 10 points

Personally we will need 30 more points to give us 40 to stay up

So we need to take a third of points remaining

Another 'in house' duo for everyone to consider, that's assuming that JB and Co move on which is no way a done deal I suspect.

Kevin Ellison and John McMahon :?: :?: :?:

John McMahon was caretaker at Tranmere more than once. He is the only man for the temporary job.

Some people just love being the devil’s advocate. Jim’s a UEFA-qualified coach, and getting paid for his job, we are merely fans who would adore to be part of the professional game, so the argument of “why don’t you do the job if you think you can do it better” is null and void considering he’s had the professional coaching.

I bet Jim fumes at Silva and his Everton side. Part and parcel of the game. Don't take the Oldham fan seriously though, biggest hypocrite going.

Use the compensation for a January transfer target once the new manager knows what he wants

Not the time to be laughing. I'm beyond gutted that he's going. And I suspect most other fans are too. Regardless of weather they thought a change was needed or not

Parkinson at Bolton? Robins at Cov? Bowyer at Charlton? Campbell at Macc? Every manager at Blackpool?

Not really comparisons.... (maybe Campbell is the closest but how long did he manage macc for?)

As said a billion times.... he never spent a penny on a player, constant budget cuts etc etc
He has shouldered the blame many times while those above him have just been left alone.....

If it is true that jb has left I would suggest letting Kev and Baz go with him, would free up some wages to enable us to get some new blood in.As there are plenty of players out of work and looking for a new club!

Think Campbell only got paid expences most of the time he was at Macc, some players still trying to get paid from last season too. I think MFC have shown tremendous loyalty to our last 3 managers (even JH) overall. It seems the last two have both walked away from MFC of their own accord
Don't worry be happy!

They have probably had it worse than Jim tbf. Cov have no ground and awful owners. Charlton have awful owners. Parkinson had awful owners, not paid for months and months and having to play 16 year olds

You should know better than to try and have a civilised conversation with the 'naysayers'
They just won't accept any concept of reality, and now all their chickens have come home to roost.
A job well done eh.
