DA should have gone for Wrexham's Paul Mullen    who is further down the pecking order following their signing of Burnley striker Rodrigues on £15K a week.

Obviously no way could we even come close to signing Paul but if we suddenly had a new owner who was prepared to put a few quid into the club who knows .... :?:

Carlisle are evidently interested in a loan deal for him. Just goes to show the ambitions of their American owners having already backed their manager allowing him to make 11 signings this transfer window. The latest being Burnley striker Bevon on loan.

Charlie Brown made a 11 minute substitute appearance for Accy v Port Vale but was unable to alter the scoreline of a 2-1 win for 10 man PV.

Interesting that he came on whilst GB was in charge of the team in the absence of their manager. Remember it was GB who gave CB some considerable game time when both were with us.

How about we agree not to mention Charlie Brown again on this thread until he scores a professional hat-trick or moves on again?
