Stuart “5 year contract at Morecambe” Hendrie is currently at Walsall Wood FC.

He is pushing Richard Brodie for the record number of previous clubs:

Dan Crowley ripping Bradford City to pieces at half time. Three assists and a stunning goal to round it off.

If only!

Not saying he would have stopped but he's far to good for EFL2.

Sad news about Leighton James who is not well having suffered a stroke and has a bleed on the brain.

Hope he pulls through ok.

Didn't have the best of times at Morecambe but, I remember visiting Barton Grange shortly after his sacking and was there wearing my Morecambe top and Leighton was also there with Sue.

Spent a bit of time chatting to him about football in general and he came across as a really nice chap.

Get well soon Taff.

Yes , let's hope Leighton pulls through. We won a trophy under his brief spell of management I think.

He was also a decent cricketer and I played in the same mid-week team as him. He was a good batsman and a decent wicket-keeper. Very much a winner , I remember him shouting at me for dropping a catch !

Oumar Niasse who signed a short term deal with Macclesfield scored a hat trick v Tranmere in a Cheshire Senior Cup game recently.

Oumar is in the process of taking his coaching badges so that he will be able to take up a coaching role at Manchester United.

Paul Mullin - the Wrexham version - has released his autobiography recently (I was shocked as well) and speaks very highly of Morecambe and his time at the club.
